Can an IP lookup show an exact street address?
No. Public IP geolocation is approximate and often points to an ISP, VPN endpoint, office gateway or regional routing location.
Why does reverse DNS sometimes return nothing?
PTR records are optional. Many residential, cloud and temporary addresses do not publish a meaningful reverse DNS hostname.
