Diagnostic use
The tools and reports on NexKit Network Tools query publicly available domain, IP, DNS and certificate data for general diagnostic and informational purposes. Results are not a guarantee of any system’s security, availability, mail deliverability or configuration correctness.
Prohibited use
You agree not to use NexKit Network Tools to:
- scan, probe, flood or attack systems you do not own or do not have explicit authorization to test;
- attempt to bypass rate limits, or send excessive requests intended to overwhelm NexKit or the third-party services it relies on;
- engage in any use that violates applicable law.
Third-party and cached data limitations
Several tools return data sourced from third-party public services that NexKit does not operate — public DNS resolvers, RDAP / WHOIS registries, Certificate Transparency logs and IP metadata providers. That data can be cached, delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. It reflects the state those services held at query time, not necessarily the current, real-world state of the target.
No guarantee of completeness or uptime
NexKit Network Tools, including the SuperTool report and the Website & DNS Monitoring feature, is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or completeness of results. Monitoring checks run on a schedule and are not a substitute for dedicated uptime-monitoring infrastructure.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for evaluating any result before acting on it for operational, security or business decisions. Verify anything critical directly against the authoritative system before relying on it.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of NexKit Network Tools after a change means you accept the updated terms.
